RULES

1.    The following rules (“Rules”) together with Global Radio’s ("Global Radio") general and competition terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) (which can be found at http://www.heart.co.uk/terms-conditions/competition/) apply to ‘Win a family break with Butlins’ radio competition ("the Competition") which will run from Monday 27th January to Sunday 9th February 2014 (“the Duration”).  The "Radio Station" is Heart Sussex, Heart Bristol, Heart Exeter, Heart Peterborough & Cambridge, Heart Kent, Heart Four Counties.

2.    Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.  The Terms and Conditions are available on request from the Radio Station.

Details of the Competition:

3.    To enter the Competition an Entrant must go online to heart.co.uk and register their details.  Online entry will open 00:00 on Monday 27th January 2014 and close at 23:59 on Sunday 9th February 2014.

4.    All entrants must answer the question on the online promotional page and enter their contact details as directed.

5.    All correct entrants will be put into a spreadsheet and the six winners will be selected at random via random.org and they will receive a confirmation letter within 28 days of the competition close date.

Eligibility:

6.    All entrants must be a UK resident aged 18 years or over – one of the guests MUST be aged 21 years or over.

7.    Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be removed.

Prize:

8.    Six winners will each win:
A family break for four people (2 adults, 2 children under 14yrs) to stay in a Gold Apartment at either Butlins Bognor Regis, Butlins Minehead or Butlins Skegness for a 4 night (Monday – Friday) term-time mid-week break in 2014, including a Diners Choice dining plan (dinner and breakfast).

9.    The prize must be booked by 1 April 2014.

10.   Bookings are subject to availability.

11.   Just for Tots Breaks are available on selected midweek dates from 28 April 2014.

12.   The prize can be used for a normal ‘Family Entertainment’ midweek break.

13.   Travel dates are subject to availability and exclude School holidays, Bank Holidays, Christmas and New Year (23 Dec – 31 Dec 2014). 

14.   The prize includes breakfast every morning and dinner every evening of the winners’ stay.

15.   Every break includes certain free of charge entertainment and activities (including Splash Waterworld, funfair rides, sports, arts & crafts, live daytime and evening entertainment).

16.   The prize will not include travel to and from the Butlins resort, any related travel costs and any additional on site costs (e.g. laundry, beverages, bowling, go-karting, high ropes and climbing).

17.    Winners must be lead guest and be present on arrival.

18.    At least one guest must be over the age of 21 years.

19.    Booking and staying at a Butlins resort will be subject to Butlins terms and conditions.

20.    Winners may be required to participate in any reasonable publicity required by the Promoter.

21.    The promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for one of greater or equal value.
